Hello,My name is *****, Im emailing you today because I have a serious concern regarding Winmar company. The *********************** sent this company to my house on ******** *** ***** to begin the remediation work caused by a burst pipe in the ceiling. However, instead of doing a satisfactory and clean job, they caused more damage to my house. Due to the mistake of Winmar keeping the wet floor for ten days and not removing it, they caused mould in my house. Since they began working in my house, I've documented and recorded everything day by day. Despite all the evidence I provided, they still denied that they had caused it. During this period, my furniture was sitting in the wet and mouldy environment. They later moved all my furniture from my property to their warehouse. Winmar sent me the lists of my contents; lots of my furniture was missing, and many damaged contents were placed in the restorable lists. Furthermore, while removing some of the damaged baseboards, they hit my stucco wall outside and damaged it.
