Sharp insurance hires incompetent agents that don't know how to do their job, and they refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes once its brought to the supervisors attention. I was originally quoted a little over $550 a month for comercial insurance by a fellow named Eike. This was based off of the vin # of the pick up I was planning to purchase, but had not yet done so. Upon getting my quote of $550 I decided to purchase the vehicle from the dealership. 2 months went by and I got a call saying they had given me a bad quote and I would now be paying just under $1200 a month for the same policy, and they would be taking the difference from the first 2 months out of my account as well. I told them I couldn't afford this, and I can't exactly return the vehicle to the dealership for a refund. I was told this doesn't matter, and that they wouldn't be doing anything to rectify the situation. Not to mention, canceling the policy came with a hefty cancelation fee. I've now been stuck paying this obscene amount every month for an entire year, and it's drained my savings. I can barely afford to live/put food on the table because of the incompetence of someone who doesn't even work their anymore. Once this policy ends I will never be going through these criminals for insurance again. Absolutely disgusted at their 'pay it or don't drive' policy and complete disregard for the average persons financial well being.

I have been trying to cancel my insurance for almost a month. Called and was disconnected several times. Called and was put on hold numerous times. Tried to set up an account online, wouldnt register me. Downloaded the app, wouldnt register me. I finally called the insurance company directly, they couldnt cancel my policy but the lady walked my through how to email them. Finally got a call back 3 days later in the middle of the work day. Couldnt answer. Got another call in the evening to cancel. Couldnt backdate the cancellation to when my residence was changed. They are also charging me a cancellation fee after all of this run around and nonsense
