I have to say that my wife and I were very pleasantly surprised by the candour and honesty of our sales associate. After several months of searching, we have found a dealer that we are comfortable with. There's no pressure, no silliness and no made up surprise charges. Just value for our hard earned money. The brakes on my **** Escape were making an ominous sound so I booked an appointment with Advantage **** for 9:00 am. However I woke early and decided Id miss traffic and got there just after 6:30 when they opened, hoping this would be OK. No problem - I was seen immediately and was offered coffee and invited to have a seat while awaiting their complimentary ride home. The driver arrived in less than a minute and I was home soon after 7:00. They called with an estimate shortly after that. Just before noon I got another call saying my car was ready for pickup. Another driver picked me up at 12:30. I was again seen immediately and told the actual cost was less than the estimate. They also asked whether I would like to wait a few minutes while they washed my car. I declined, having just washed it myself, so they gave me a voucher for a free wash. This is what excellent service is supposed to look like.Review from Wayne B.

On 9 Nov 2021 I was enroute to Advantage **** to sign an order for a custom-built F-350 that we had been negotiating. For due diligence I went to *********************. The Sales Manager looked me in the eye, shook my hand, and initialled written terms about $6,000 under Advantages offer, and took my $1K deposit payment. Relying on ******* promises I agreed (in writing) to buy the truck (then MSRP $102,914) from ******, and did not conclude the purchase through Advantage. Over the next 5 months I was informed by **** ****** when Your 2022 SuperDuty F-350 LARIAT was Order Confirmed, In Production Built, Shipped, and on 13 Apr 2022 that: Your 2022 SuperDuty F-350 LARIAT has been delivered to ********************* Sales! Your dealership will be able to provide the specific date and time for delivery. On 14 Apr 2022 the ****** Sales Manager called me asking to see me to discuss if the number still work; I said we agreed on the numbers in Nov 2021. In short, ****** refused to complete the sale of the truck to me on the terms that we had agreed to in Nov 2021, and would only do so if I paid a significantly higher amount. I refused to allow ****** to effectively ****** the truck I had order for more than we had agreed-to, accepted ******* repudiation of our agreement, and went directly to Advantage to re-order the same truck (for more money and another 5-8 month wait). I have dealt with Advantage since **** and they have always treated me more than fairly. In hindsight I wish I had concluded the deal with Advantage in Nov 2021, rather than be suckered into believing that ****** had the integrity to stand my its agreement, as I would be driving my new truck now. My personal experience with ********************* has met every stereotype of the unethical used car salesman. I would not recommend dealing with ****** to my worst enemy; I would recommend dealing with Advantage to anyone, and I regret my brief (and devastating) divergence from that long-standing relationship.Customer Response

I was notified by **** ****** on 12 April 2022 of delivery to ******, and contacted by the Sales Manager on 13 April 2022.
