This company promised a profitable business of buying a pizza vending machine and having it placed in a location that would generate instant returns. They promised the machine to be delivered in 6 - 8 weeks, location of where the machine would be placed finalized before delivery of the machine, supplier of pizza and pizza box, supply of a backup storage freezer. They advertise a certain profitability per machine but all a scam. yes i got my machine after 1 year of waiting but it does not turn on, there is no supplier of the pizza, no location finalised, no supply of box, no backup freezer received etc etc. i can go on with all teh promises made, they even provided fake references who have no disappeared.

The machine was delivered on Sept 8, 2023 whereas it was promised to be delivered in Jan 2023. On delivery i was asked to pay for clearance and delivery while teh initial agreement was that the initial cost of the machine included delivery to any location. I most corresponded with the owner, *********************** my whatsapp or text and his cell number is ************. There is an email for teh marketing person who issued the ** and dealt with funds and her email is *********************************** and their website also shows this pizza and the profitability that it will have etc. The website is shelbymarketinggroup.com. The last i heard from ***** was Dec 20, 2023. I have since written to him to take back teh machine as it does not work or ensure i get the pizza supplier, box supplier, location etc so basically he fulfil his promise or take back teh machine. I also told him i would report him. I am attaching the original add from betheboss.ca that introduced his company and the ** and wire instructions that he sent. I tried to meet with him personally but he never did. i fly to ******** to meet him on an pre-agreed day and date but he never showed up. he has done teh same with a few others, one person i know of and that person knows others so i am not the first and i am not the last. he needs to be stopped so peoples hard earned money is not down teh drain.

To be very clear this complaint is so dishonest and so very untrue this customer does not want to take any responsibility for his business start up. This customer says he cant set up his cashless payment system when every other customer gets it done in a couple of days . We asked him to download we chat to get set up with after care to get trained on his machine, he never did that , we gave him a pizza supplier in ******* not sure if he contacted them or not . We were working on several different potential locations but would have been pointless if he doesnt have his machine programmed and set up . This meeting in ******** not sure were that came from We are based in ******* so that doesnt make any sense at all . The pizza vending program is new and there are delays sometimes in the initial start up with the manufacturer we have no control over that which it states in our purchase order . This simply a buyers remorse complaint the customers machine is of high quality and he has not taken any steps to get his business up and running . Acting helpless isnt going to get his machine programmed he just needs to talk with customer support like every other customer dies and phone the cashless payment company to get set up . Our lawyer will correcting his false accusations and defamatory comments. We dont offer refunds  we offer support and ongoing assistance but with this type of false accusations leaves us no other choice but to have our lawyer deal with this . We work hard for our customers and we have amazing machines but sometimes you get nasty comments you cant make every one happy thats for sure so no refunds are going to happen as it states in his paperwork. He should read over his paperwork and stop his false and defamatory statements we work to hard to let a customer spread false information and he has received his machine ..
