I paid to buy and have windows and doors installed by All Weather Windows. See the attached contract. I was told verbally by the sales rep that the windows were rated as Energy Star Most Efficient and therefore qualify for a $250 per window rebate from the Greener homes Grant. ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************  After the three windows were installed, my Greener Homes Post-Retrofit Energuide Evaluation was conducted and the results stated that windows are rated Energy Star but not Energy Star Most Efficient. This means that I receive a Greener Homes Grant rebate of only $125/window rather than $250/window. The false information told me by the sales rep has cost me $375 between the 3 windows. If I had been given accurate information by All Weather Windows I would have gone with a different company where I could have purchased windows at a lower price. I brought this to the attention of a Customer Service Professional from All Weather in a phone call on April 5, 2023. She replied with the attached Email 1 and promised that management would contact me about my concerns. 56 days have elapsed since then. I have been told 3 more times (see attached emails) that management would contact me but still have heard nothing. I want to be refunded $375 which is the amount I am out of pocket because of the sales agent's inaccurate information. I understand that it was an honest mistake but I still expect that the company be more responsive to customers and to take ownership for having provided inaccurate information.
