I bought a very expensive mobile chair when I was released from the hospital. It was to assist my moving from sitting to standing after I had dislocated my hip. The chair fell apart after two weeks. Leisters ********* was to repair the chair but I have waited 2 months already and when I phoned to find out what was happening the lady on the phone was very rude and hung up on me. I am still without a proper chair and with no hope of a repair until next May or later. Her rudeness was very insulting and upsetting.

After speaking with the rep that discussed this issue with *** *****, I have found our rep did not speak to you the way you have described herein. It was explained to you that we would be happy to repair your lift chair however, the part that was needed is on backorder from the Manufacturer until the end of April 2023. You then demanded we replace the whole chair and again it was explained to you that even if we could do this it would be impossible because the particular frame part is on backorder with the manufacturer and those chairs are not being manufactured. We cannot create parts out of thin air as you seem to believe we can. If anyone was extremely rude, it was the original writer of this complaint. We will be in contact with the original writer of this complaint when the part arrives and if she doesn't want us to repair the chair at that time, that is up to her.
