I canceled my home insurance in may and they continued to charge me for 3 months. now its been since june that i have been trying to get a refund and have been told that it has been processed and have yet to receive it and have been getting the run around.Business response

Hello,
I have attached my notes regarding the complaint from ********.
I would like to reiterate, to date, we have not taken funds from the client. All money transfer on this policy has been between Sandbox and the client who signed documents to authorize the payments.
Again, I will also be asking Sandbox for a letter of apology for the client as they really have had to wait too long for their refund.
