We hired union pumps to come fix our well, as our water had completely gone out. We learned afterwards that it was the responsability of the home owner/ landlord to pay these expenses. Our landlord refused to pay, and so we are taking the landlord through *** for a dispute resolution. This was advice given to us by the *********** ******* ******. It was agreed we would pay the bill by the end of June, however after learning it was the landlords responsability we informed union pumps of this and let them know we were taking our landlord to DISPUTE RESOLUTION over this, and he would be paid by the landlord when we win the case. He has since come to our home on several occasions unannounced banging on the door, and most recently today where he has now left *********** text message, calling my spouse names, and rude *********** voice mails. The last time he showed up at the home unannounced, I told him how unprofessional he was being due to how he was speaking to me, that he will be paid, but it was the landlords responsability, that I understand he wants the payment, but his actions were unnacceptable, and if he showed up again I would consider it *********** and call the police. I just want him to stop ********* us, showing up at our home unnanounded and to stop *********** us. We are a family with children, its scary to think what he may do. I would like others to know how this company treats their clients, this is the owner of union pumps acting this way. His name is Rob.
