      I ordered 30 shirts. I was very specific that the shirts were to be a high quality brand t-shirt of 8 oz (US) or higher cotton. I paid $22 per shirt for a total of $739.20 (Invoice date 07/20/2022). When I picked up the shirts, the owner gave me a sealed box, he took my **** and I did NOT sign the Invoice. I had to travel 5 hours away and there was no cell service so I could NOT contact the owner Noel until I arrived home (2 weeks later). The shirts that were provided to me were cheap quality ****** shirts that sell for $5.00. They are only 5.6 oz (US). The front logo was incorrectly placed/it was crooked. I wore one shirt and it pilled after the first wash and the dye came out of the shirt and there are white splotches on the fabric. Initially Noel said he did not have the shirts in all sizes that I needed and then he miraculously came up with the shirts (very suspicious). It appears that Noel just used whatever stock of cheap shirts he had available in his warehouse rather than ordering me the shirts that I specifically wanted. In conversation, Noel said it would have taken 10 days to get the shirts that I wanted and I would have waited for those shirts rather than pay for cheap goods that I cannot use. In conversation, the owner refused to take back the shirts. The owner was also given the opportunity to pick up the shirts and he refused. The owner Noel also publicly defamed me in his comments on ****** reviews. I had to have the shirts redone by another company. This company does not stand behind their products, they provide poor customer service, and use cheap products. The owner is unprofessional and he makes false allegations against his customers and publicly defames them. Businesses like this should not be allowed to operate with shoddy business practices. If the owner does not want to refund my $739.20 then I want the shirts ALL redone with a high quality shirt and properly silk screened logos at no cost to me. I also want a public apology for defame.

      Hi, I got the shirts exactly the way she asked. I have the proof of the email conversation attached for your records. On the email she mentioned that she need heavier cotton and I ordered ****** 5000 t shirts with 8.8oz which exactly what she is looking.

      I am buying the shirts from my approved vendors locally from ****** Canada. They have highest qualities of t shirts and we had no problem in past. She mentioned that people sell t shirt for $5 and It's very wrong. The whole sale price for this t shirt is $3.60 + tax and retail for this t shirt is $11.47 . Please see this link here for the t shirt ********************************************************* With front and back print for total 30 shirts, each cost comes to $25.46+tax. I only charged $22+tax each because she mentioned they are for non profit organization. I do support lot for community and recently we did send some money to Ukraine as well for support.  She is accusing without knowing that I am running a business here. If I offer whole sale prices for the customers why would I operate a business. If she doesn't like the prices why she told me to charge the card. She took the t shirts for the camping event or something and they used the t shirts for that event. She mentioned that i gave the t shirts in sealed box. I put them in the box and gave it to her. I took the box to her vehicle because she told me to bring out side for her. She should check the t shirt at that time and should let me know at that time. All my other customers double check the t shirts before they take them but she checked the shirts after 2 weeks which I can't believe because she need the shirts on same week Wednesday for the event. I have that email confirmation as well for your record. The logo wasn't crooked at all. I saw she send you a picture of the logo and It's not clear at all. Also, those harsh marks on the shirt is very suspicious because someone have to rub it so hard to see that damages. Also, when she call me after 2 weeks over the phone she mentioned that she need the money back because they are not heavy cotton and that is the only concern she had and haven't mentioned anything about crooked logo and damage of the shirts. Suddenly she started posting pictures on my ****** reviews about damage shirts to make my name bad. Also, she did not send you the review that she wrote for me. She mentioned on there about my grammar and spellings saying that I am not professional and don't do business with me because of my grammar. I complaint to ****** about her review under hate speech and ****** took the review off today already.  Also, she mentioned there she recorded my conversation. She recorded my conversation without my consent as well and she is the one who defamed me and I don't need any apologies because she is too rude and not worth my time. ***** *** ******* *** **** ** **** ******* ** ****** *** *** **** **** ** ****** ******** I never made any false allegations against my customers and you can read my reviews as well on ******. There are two to three bad reviews when previous owner was here. Also, I have to mention that she disputed the money off from my account and bank did inquired with me to gather all the details and they found the case was fair with me and they working on to get the money back to my account within 10 days. She saying that I refused to take the merchandise back but she never wants to bring them back because she knows that they used them. We never except used items for refunds anyways, specially after 2 weeks without a proper reason. 

      1. she is saying the t shirt weight only 5.6oz. No It's 8.8oz . Exactly the way she need.

      2. saying that the logo is crooked but I don't see proper picture of it. And also, how many of them are crooked. We double check with our production before we send them out and we used same scales placements for all the jobs.

      3. I mentioned that we don't have a different brand call Allstyle and they also, heavy cotton t shirt and then I went with ****** heavy cotton t shirts. Shen never mentioned that she need specific brand. You can check the email conversation as well. 

      4. Also, I didn't took her ****. She gave the number to charge the amount with her consent after she saw the amount and approval.

      5. I have summited for you to show the t shirts I ordered and they are not cheap quality. She is making things from her mind to accuse me saying that I took whatever stock of cheap shirts from the warehouse. This is completely unacceptable.

      6. she is saying I have poor customer service. I have reputation of best customer service and people call me nice person without doubt. But she have a very bad attitude *** ***** **** *** ** **** ** ****** ****** 

      Also, Please see the second email screen shot that i summitted for you. She mentioned that she need the shirts for Wednesday morning. For you she mentioned that she haven't opened the box for 2 weeks. hard to believe. 

      She tried to get the money back by disputing and then she tried to get money back by writing a bad review and Now she complain the BBB to get the money back. I hope you will find who is been fair and not. Thank you so much.

      I am rejecting this response because: this man is lying.  The marks on the shirt (the discolouration) as well as the piling after one wash are EXACTLY how the shirt is.

      I wore ONE shirt. I was going to return the rest of the UNWORN shirts but I DO NOT TRUST that this business will refund my money.

      ** *** *** ******* ***** **** ****** ** ** ** ******* ******* This business simply contacted ****** because he did NOT like the fact that there was a negative ACCURATE review posted about his business. 

      I took the box of shirts from the business and did NOT look inside the box as I TRUSTED that the business did the job CORRECTLY.  The box was opened when I reached my destination 5 hours away. When I saw the crap quality of the shirts I contacted the business as soon as I got home (which was two weeks later). It was IMPOSSIBLE to contact the business any sooner as I did NOT HAVE A PHONE.  

      What name I use when posting a ****** review or anything is not this man's business at all. 

      I had to have the shirts REDONE by another company as the shirts this business provided were cheap quality. The employee at the company (who is very experienced and PROFESSIONAL) noticed that ALL of the front logos on the shirts were off centre/crooked. 

      This owner is an absolute NIGHTMARE and he is very UNPROFESSIONAL. ** **** ****** ***** *********** ******* ** ** ****** ***** ** ******** *** ****** ******* *** ****** ** * ***** * ********* ******* *** **** ****** *** ***********

       

      I posted a negative review on ******** and word of mouth will prevent any other people from having to go through the nightmare that I went with this business.

      As for ****, they did NOT advise him that he was FAIR. I spoke to **** and I know exactly what was said. 

      This business has done NOTHING but waste my time.

      She is keep saying that she is not trust that I will refund the money and never wanted to return the shirts.

      Also, she used one and keep sending the same picture and I cannot see any Off centered logo on there. The print on the back picture I see is the way she wanted. Please see the image for your reference here.

      This lady is writing bad reviews everywhere with very bad manner and very aggressively. 

      I cannot give the refund until I see the product in hand and now It's way too late anyways. Instead of disputing and writing bad reviews about my business and all these complaints, she could come and talk to me face to face as real professional person and I could sort this out for her after I looked the product in person. Even **** **** have the policies like they give the refund after they see the product and receipt.  In this case she keep saying that she do not trust me which is not my fault.

      Also, can you please ask her to stop spreading fake news about my business and my reputation without fair reason.

      Why she used one t shirt If she don't like the print and the t shirt ? Normally all my customers check the t shirts before they take it or after they go home. 

      She keep writing reviews everywhere saying that the t shirt is $5 dollars and I gave it to her for $22. Can someone please educate her that i am running a business here. The t shirt is not $5 wholes sale price anyways. I don't know how she is making things up. 

      The things I still assure is, the t shirts I gave good quality and good products. Also, Nothing wrong with the print and I still haven't see it in person. 

      Also, ask her to post more clear picture of off centered logos. I don't why she keep sending this picture with half cut offed of the print.

      I am rejecting this response because: this man PUBLICALLY defamed me and called me a racist.  I contacted ******** and reported him.  ******** removed the comments. ** ****** *** * ******* **** ****** *** ***** **** ** ****** ** ** **** *** *** ** ********* * ********* ******  I could care less what race or gender he is is. All I know is that he RIPPED ME OFF.  This MAN can keep his $700 dollars since it seems that ALL he is concerned about is MONEY.  He is NOT concerned about customer service or standing behind his product.  *** **** ****** *** **** *** *** ***************** *** *** ***** ** * ******  I contacted the Instant Imprints Corporate office and reported his  ********** remarks to the head of the Corporate Company.  I took a screen shot of them and then reported them to the proper people.  As a result, they have been removed.  I will seek legal advice on his public defamation which is not for the BBB. This man likes to blame others for his lack of business and he tries to INTIMIDATE women customers to remove negative comments made against his business. I am no longer going to waste my time or energy on a man or business of this calibre.  
      Of note: there was only ONE shirt in the photos because as previously stated only ONE shirt was worn by me, therefore, I could NOT photograph any of the unused shirts as that would have been pointless.  The unused shirts have now been disposed of as they are no use to anyone.  A REPUTABLE and PROFESSIONAL company has redone the shirts.  Again, this man can keep his $700, * ** *** **** *** ***** ****** *** ******** **** ********** ** ***** *** ** *** *** ** ******** ******** *** ****** *** ***** **********  **** ***** ****** **** **** ****** *** *** **** **** **** ** *** ****** *** *** ********* * **** ** *** **** ** ******* **** **** *** ** ** ***** **** ******* ****** **** ****
