My brother bought a lock from this store a few days ago, and they assured him that if it didn't work, they would either replace it or provide a refund. However, when I went to return it, the staff rudely insisted that it's against their store policy to issue refunds. I showed them the receipt, which didn't state this policy, but they even refused to provide an invoice, claiming I should have requested one earlier. All three salespersons treated me disrespectfully, and they withheld my money. I am seeking resolution and a refund for the amount of 123.19$.Thank you for your assistance.Business response

Hello firstly when your brother attended our retail location we took the time to figure out what he was looking for and came to the conclusion he was looking for a 3 drawer file cabinet locking bar ( Not a lock ) We then went to a catalogue with him and showed him pictures and measurement's. He then said he wanted the product and explained to him we would have to attend our supplier and obtain the product for him as this was not a product we stock. He then paid for the product once ordered and we immediately left our office with 1 of our service vehicles and purchased the product from our supplier ( Approx. 30 min.) returned to our store and passed the product to him. We are a very busy store and went above and beyond to obtain this product and then to have the product returned to our store 2 days later all taped up we explained we wouldn't be able to refund the sister. We do have a policy on special ordered products and returns displayed on our counter. ( See attached picture )
