Plumbing work has damaged footing under a supporting beam holding up 2nd floor and roof of our home. Drainmaster has accepted the engineering invoice, however, has not reimbursed the actual repair work. *********/On Call was already engaged to perform the work prior to conversation with owner Gerry on July 17. We have already opted for the more economical path of requesting invoice via On Call vs. *********. Engineer's recommended the concrete work to be performed by ******* ************, who was subcontracted through On Call.Customer response

Please note that Drainmaster has agreed for the Engineer invoice to be deducted off their final invoice (which wasn't uploaded as part of this claim), however, has refused for the repair work.
The repair work was 50% complete by the time that Drainmaster owner ***** spoke with my husband on July 17. Also, given the multiple incidences caused by Drainmaster, we opted for the recommended vendor by the engineer, who were engaged already.

I hired Drain Master to come and work on the drainage in my home. They sent a person to inspect and clear the pipes under the house and clear away any debris that may be there. The person who came showed me the pipe that was blocked on his camera and said he would clear away the debris. Although he was very rude and abrupt when I went to make sure that he was okay and working on the pipes. He kept telling me not to circle him or micro manage him (which I was not doing). Once he had completed his task, he showed me the roots that were blocking the pipes and told me everything was okay and the pipes were clear. I paid for the service as requested. A few weeks later the basement flooded again and when I tried to call and ask them why this had happened they were extremely rude and hung up on me. I have since hired another company and they have found that there was still blockage in the pipes. I called Drain Master again to tell them of this news and again they told me to '**** ***' and hung up on me. Once they received payment they have not been answering my inquiries or concerns about the poor job they did on the pipes in my house.
