We recently had a puddle on our yard that wouldn't drain was told by city it was coming from the watermain and it most likely needed to be replaced. I called 2 places for quotes and was shocked at the price from Drain master it was $1500.00 less then the other company! From the beginning i had a great experience with the team from the estimator, to booking the appointment it was smooth , the crew showed up on time and were courtesy and polite to my very interested father in law! Took one day and the job was complete highly recommend them to anyone in need of there waterline replaced

After heavy rains last December 2021 we had a flooded crawl space. Called Draainmasters Langley for an estimate to clean perimeter drains. The company advised that they were swamped with recent fraser valley flooding but would get back in a few weeks. In January we left for Arizona returning in April. We received no call back! I called again when we returned in April. Got a-voice mail message saying they were away until the end of February. Left a message. No call back. Called again and was advised he was in his car and would call back as soon as he stopped. No call back. After three additional calls and three additional promises to get back to me with a date I still have never had a call back. If this “franchise” is still in business I am at a loss as to how! Horrible customer service.

I had Drainmasters replace the waterline at my house. What was supposed to be a 2-3 day job, and turned into a 9 day ordeal, during which they took out my hydro. This was out for two days. They offered to refer me to an electrician, but I ended up calling ** ***** instead. The guy from Drainmaster I was dealing with *** **** ********* ***** ****** ******* then getting my power back on. During the power loss I had to stay at a hotel as I need to use a CPAP machine. When I mentioned that and that I lost all of the refrigerated/frozen food in my house, an expense that cost me $532 ($332 for hotel and $200+ in lost food) they said nothing. They didn't offer to pay me back or give me a discount. In fact, it took them two days to apologize for the inconvenience that the power loss caused me. Even after the job was done, the stress was not over. When I received their bill, they had not charged me the additional $1,500 for the extra length of the driveway that we had agreed on. They updated the bill and I paid it. Drainmasters then came back and said I owed an additional $1,500 that we had never agreed on. (This amount was not included in the original quotation). This went back and forth for about a day and a half. I refused to pay the additional charge and they said that they would not guarantee their work, which didn't surprise me. My experience with Drainmaster was very frustrating and stressful. I found their customer service to be horrible *** ***** ******* ****** ********** Right after all this, I had to replace my hot water tank. The plumber who installed the tank found that the Drainsmasters’ connection into the house was leaking. He fixed it as a favour to Drainsmasters. I would urge people to check out this firm before contracting with them.

They did a lot of damage in my yard & didn't clean up or replace what they destroyed. Clay dug out of hole was put in my garden. Plants were killed. Grass was destroyed. Unprofessional attitude.
