Thank you A1 for the wonderful work done replacing our windows and patio door. The quality of the windows custom made for our house has exceeded our expectations. It is so much quieter inside and we are already noticing improved energy efficiency, in addition to having crystal clear views. Everyone we dealt with from A1 has been extremely helpful. Special thanks to ****** for his help with the many options available and to the installation teams for the amazing job they did installing the windows. The installation teams of *****, ******, ****, ********* and ******* went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect when they finished. You're all A1 with us ! **** & ***** ****

We are in LOVE with our new windows!! The quality actually shocked us. We expected them to be a good upgrade but the ***************** etc are way higher quality than we could have expected. We had 32 windows replaced!!!! It was a HUGE job & a lot of trust because of the expense. We have to give a shout out to our salesman **** for trying to quote the perfect ********************* for our home & budget. He went out of his way to think of ways to make the windows functional & beautiful within our budget. We also have to give a huge shout out to our install team- Leader-************ ************************** and ****. *********** team were incredible. They cared to make sure the windows were installed properly. Some of the windows were tricky & they didn't take short cuts. They took the ********* showed. Can't say enough good things about everyone...start to finish. Such a class act. The fact that the windows are locally made is just the cherry on top. A1 was great from start to finish. The sales staff was very helpful in answering all the questions and concerns that we had and the experienced installers were quick to get the job done in just a few hours (about 14 windows + 1 sliding door). A1 Windows is "One Call Does It All" ******** From my initial contact until last window caulking and receiving final invoice, everything was smooth and easy. *******, sales person, was thorough, patient and professional from inspecting the house and providing quote, to visiting the place during work to see the progress. *******, Instalation Coordinator, was clear, efficient, patient and cheerful. Tone of her voice makes you feel everything is OK and under control.The last but not least, installers Ranjit, ******* and ****** were professional, quick and efficient. It was obvious they know their job, taking action without delays and were coordinated to maximize the use of their time.I would definitelly recommend A1 Windows to anyone who wants to make their house enegy efficient by getting rid of old single od double glazed windows and instaling triple glazed protection which keeps heat inside, cold and noise outside.*********************, *********************************************************A-1 Window Manufacturing Ltd. A1 windows did an excellent job of replacing all 17 windows in this house. ******* (sales) was superb at explaining all the options, cost of each, answering all my questions and showing us the fabrication space in *******. I got four different quotes and A1 gave a competitive price. Installation was also fantastic. The windows look great, they cleaned up well and they even fixed a few things that had nothing to do with the windows. They fixed a gutter that needed to be reconnected (since they were on a tall ladder near there), plus fixed my mom's car fender (it needed pushing in). Highly recommend.A-1 Window Manufacturing Ltd. Great experience from start to finish. ****** and the installation crew were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The new windows look great and they work well including the new patio door. They replaced some old units that were just worn out. The custom size window for our window air conditioning unit looks very good. The installation crew were very good and answered any questions that concerned us.Our house is much warmer now, which will save us a few heating dollars.**************A-1 Window Manufacturing Ltd. A1 Window did a brilliant job to replace the whole windows and doors in our house. The windows are beautiful and good quality.
