Two years ago I bought a van from murry honda I Chilliwack ***** ***** ****** *** ** ***** *** ** ********** **. They were very amazing to deal with until the front passenger seat broke. This seat broke within the 90 days of first buying the van. They attempted to book me in and ordered the seat. Months went by with no contact. I finally got tired of waiting so I contact them. They are now telling me I have to pay for the broken seat. I called a number of times over the last two years and this is still not fixed. It broke in the first 90 days which they have documented. To top it off they replaced my window seals and those started to lift shortly after so I contacted them and hey said they would book me in. I have called and gotten no where. They have not contacted me until this past Saturday. When I told the new sales man the issue he asked if he could contact me the following day ( Sunday December 13 2021) I replied with an extra contact number just to be safe. No one called. This is now Monday and I am not getting anywhere. I now am taking the next step to get these issues resolved and do not want this to happen to anyone else.Business response

I arranged an in-person meeting with the customer to review her concerns and we have come up with a resolution that should deal with the outstanding issues.Customer response
