I have had this Eagle Water System installed several years ago. Over the years I followed their services suggestions. Had the filters replaced several times. Very happy with the system and enjoyed drinking the filtered water. In the past two weeks the tank that provided the water started making a strange sound. This sound happened in the past years only when I used water and water had to be replaced in the tank. In the past two weeks this sound the tank made came on several times during the day and even during the night when I was not even using water. On July 31, 2024 this sound completely stopped. Now there is very little water flow and very soon there will not be any water as the tank is no longer filling up. I phoned the company number ************, left 4 messages, one each day and never received a response. So this afternoon I I drove to the company address to find the doors locked. I spoke to another business next door to find the company still exists and members of the business come from ****************. When checking online it says they are open and the time they are closing. I would like to know how I can get in touch with someone when they say the business is open, and yet no response to the messages I have left. I tried contacting the company in ******* and ******. Ontario said they could not help me and so far no response to my email I sent to ****************** in ******. All I would like from the company is to provide service so I can continue enjoying drinking Eagle Water as originally it did cost over $3000.Business response

Hi *************. Nor Tech Distribution is still in business we have not been located at the ****** location for several years. Our service technicial **** called you today and has left a message. I received the message that you left on Thursday and the one you sent to our phone number ************ today when the office opened after the long weekend. Please call back ****************** to arrange a service time at ************
