Rapid Cool in ******** is amazing. We have used them for years and the service is always goes above and beyond. Today is no exception we had *** and *** attend to find a tiny gas leak and were greeted with super friendly faces and very knowledgeable experts. *** showed me everything he was doing and let me know what to look for in the future. He was extremely professional for such a young age which you dont often see anymore. Thanks so much for finding the leak and spending the extra time explaining things. I will always recommend this company.

They do not honor warranty work and blame customer for faults in their work. I will never buy from them again or recommend them to anyone. Very overpriced including mileage to out of town customers.Rapid Cool Mechanical Response

Patricia called Dec 28th with a problem on her furnace. We did not have availability for a service tech to come that day but the dispatcher advised she could add her to the list for out of town customers. The home is located in ******* and we are in Kamloops. She was able to get a local service tech to come and find the problem was with the duct work in the home and not the furnace.Customer Response

As I explained on the phone to the business owner who called me January 6th/21. The furnace was not vented properly upon installation and the furnace was not getting enough cold air return therefore tripping out the furnace. A furnace/installation problem.Review from carl v

I have a geothermal unit that I had Rapid Cool replace the fan unit with a universal unit. It displayed problems that the fan would not start when it called for heat. The service man checked and could not find out why and got advice to replace the motor with a direct drive motor instead of the adjustable speed motor the universal unit came with. Well after a month or two it started rattling every time is started up. I called to get warrantee on this unit and was told it would be 10 days before the service man could come out. After a few days I called someone else to look at the problem and he did get it to stop rattling, but after a couple of weeks it started again. I then called Rapid Cool to get this sorted out and was told it would be three weeks! When he finally came, he adjusted the grub screw and then noticed one of the motor mounting holes had elongated. He tried to reinforce it by using some plumbing strapping. I then got a bill for almost $200. I was told that labour was not covered by warrantee. Now after this vibrating fan unit has almost destroyed itself, I will have to replace it on my own dollar it seems.
