Purchased what was supposed to be a running engine. Got delivered on a pallet by ace courier to port alberni. Unwrapped it and valve covers, intake coil packs was all broken. Called gateway and he said it shipped out fine, sent him video and pictures. Called him again and he said he would ship damaged stuff over to me but now been a month and havent seen anything and he hasnt returned my calls.Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction July 6, 2022. Paid $125.44 for a Front Door Switch for a 2008 ****** Sedan. The person who served us informed us at the time of purchase several times that this part is "100% GUARANTEED", and "I guarantee it", stating it will most definitely be in perfect working condition. And, then the part never worked. I have attempted to get a full or partial refund, stating I am happy for them to keep the money for the time/labour of taking the part out of their car, however they say their policy is NO REFUNDS EVER. They have now retracted on their guarantee because apparently "no electrical component is guaranteed", which completely contradicts their former statement guaranteeing the part. Furthermore, they have been extremely rude on the phone, hanging up on me several times.
