      When I called this company an answering machine came on and it states that theyre an A+ credited company with BBB I called BBB and they told me that this was not the case I phoned this company other day to cancel an appointment After reading some reviews, I decided to go with a different company The gentleman said that their warranty would end if another company were to do the work I said I will take that chance and then this guy started yelling at me on the phone calling me an *****

      You are the son of our customer of 10 years **** *******. ****** BBB to see we are indeed A+ rated. If you read the back of our invoice and checked our website (clearly you did not) you will read that PGHS indeed offers 10 years warranty, NON PRORATED, PARTS and LABOR on every Hot Water Tank, we install, and that conditions apply, namely: yearly FREE SERVICE of that appliance, which your Mom booked and you later cancelled, thereby causing PGHS's 10 warranty to cancel due to breach of PGHS’s Term of Service and we pointed that out to you. You called our CSR a **** related to the warranty and conditions. Its PGHS’s warranty, so I think our CSR knows what he’s talking about! This is very simple…. you were belligerent and rude from the start; we do not need to tolerate that type of behavior. You labeled our CSR a **** multiple times while he was trying to clarify information for you and eventually, you got back what you were giving out, a bad attitude. I have listened to the recording of your call. yes… *** *** ** *****.

      Was here yesterday to clean my gas fireplace. The tech was on time and was very good at explaining what he was doing. He was polite and cleaned up after himself. Which is more than I can same for other companys I have used in the past.

      Best service I have ever received from this sort of company. Right on customer service. **** was informative, a nice guy to talk with, he explained everything he was doing. The price was exactly what was quoted.

      They are total ********. They cold call say you need a new furnace collect **** and come the next day to install new furnace for **** total. My mom has ********** and let them in paid the deposit which I did a stop payment to. Called company explained situation told them to take her address off call list. They didnt and tried it again this year. Froze my moms account so they cant get paid they banks ***** department. They **** on the elderly, get a second opinion before giving them any money, I had a **** tech look at it as my close friend has his own company. I trust the tech he checked it all over and said its fine just needed a good clean which he did and replaced filters.

Moreover, If indeed, you advised a company last year of your mothers **********, it appears you have done absolutely nothing in the past year to safeguard these events from reoccurring with different companies, apparently leaving your mothers ********** condition to the psychic abilities of any business caller(s), while you roar in after the fact, vomiting your malicious narrative online with unwarranted and false labels such as ******** and **** ** *** *******.There are a number of safeguards you can put into place for your mom: Importantly, be there for the servicing (you were not) devices that can be placed on your mothers phone to forewarn callers of your mothers ********** and direct calls to you, you could privatize her number or subscribe to ***** call screening. You could put a note (tastefully written) on her door warning service people of same, none of which these things you have done as of these writing and Im willing to bet will not be acted upon by you, a year from now if I checked. As for the furnace, I have pictures of the rusted heat exchanger. I think any company would have recommended replacement, the furnace is quite old to boot. We stand by our licensed *** ******* recommendations for a new furnace, despite your ***** buddies evaluation which you have provided no evidence of.You and your vitriol are dismissed.

      I don’t want to get into it but basically ******* out of $1,000 and then the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in my life my the Manager. Please trust me or you will find out the hard way aswell.

      Yes, our contractor AIRLINX HEATING AND PLUMBING LTD messed the job up by not identifying a simple problem with the furnace. We all agree this customer has a refund coming and a year later we’re still trying to get cooperation with the customer to work towards a refund amount. David in customer service recently talked with *** ****** via email and was told to ***** *** ******* ** ********** ** *** ***, yet this guy posts here with an avenue for resolution right in front of him, which he is deliberately not pursuing. It makes no sense!

      ProGas Heating Services “misplaced” our complaint apparently and the interaction we had with them previously suggested that we weren’t going to get a refund so I left it alone until I was called from a recruiter for a service of our furnace which sparked my anger for how we were treated. **** ******* ** *** ** *************** ***** ******** Do not use them!
