Last Monday Dec 6th I had my car detailed and realized when I got home that my interior looked horrific. The interior was no longer black and was completely discoloured, it looked as if they took a sanding block to it (images in forwarded email below). There were chemical burns and residue left on every surface throughout the car. I called and I sent an email asking for the damage done to my vehicle from your shop be fixed as it’s a brand new vehicle. Param called me back and told me to come in Tuesday Dec 14th at 2pm. I came in and was told Param wasn’t in and none of the staff on site knew what to do with the car and that I would have to come in tomorrow. **** ******** ** ** **** **** ***** ** *** ********** ********* ** *** ******** ** ** *** ***** ******* I came in today Dec 15th and Param said they could fix the interior of my car in 30minutes. An hour later when he was done I had to go over multiple spots in the car that the detailer had missed. I was then told that they used a vinyl polish on the interior and I was assured by Param that it was fixed but I shouldn’t let my car doors be exposed to rain or the damage could come back. I then asked for my money back from the detail which I believe is completely valid as I didn’t receive the service I paid for. He refused to refund me as he claims it’s the owners decision. I asked to talk to the owners myself and he said that I wasn’t allowed to, he had to talk to the owners and he would call me back in an hour. It’s been 2 days and I have not received a call from Param and the interior of my car is already going back to its damaged state so it clearly hasn’t been fixed. I have essentially paid $150 ($180 after tip) to damage my vehicle and I have had to take 2 days off work trying to deal with this. I have emailed both the manager Param and the owner Jeven and neither of them are answering me back.
