I was not aware this was not a ************ Vital ***************** Sent Birth Certificate with names spelt wrong, dont have phone number that works, charged $105. Took 4 months to get certificate Next time I will check with BBBReview from Omar C

This company must be a *****. I was referred to it for a Death Certificate, filed an application a month ago with no communication from their team, the contact number on the application forms goes to voicemail every time, and they do not respond to emails/voicemails. I ordered my Birth Certificate May 16, 2023 was supposed to received it within ***** days paid 119$ for it and needed to receive it quick to apply for my status card and passport and it's not July 7, 2023 and still nothing I've contacted them numerous times through email and phone and no call back no emails it's getting frustrating as I needed it quick that's why I paid a rush order for it why spend 119$ when I coulda ordered it from **** directly and received it by now for cheaperReview from Maia L

In mid-February, 2022, I ordered a death certificate from Vital Certificates. They immediately charged their $80 fee to my credit card. I heard nothing from them. Six weeks later I received an email from the company stating they needed more information from me in order to process the certificate. I contacted B.C. Vital Statistics in an attempt to get the additional information Vital Certificates needed. They informed me that no attempt by Vital Certificates had been made to obtain the death certificate in the intervening 6 weeks, and that with the information I already had, Vital Statistics could easily process my certificate within one week - for $27. I received the certificate from them within the one week. * **** *** *** *** **** *** *** *** **** ****** ******** ** ***** ************* I consider myself a cautious consumer, but I most definitely should have been much more cautious in this instance. Since I have read others' experience with Vital Certificates, I realize I have no chance of receiving a refund from this company. So it's buyer beware. I have the same issue as everyone else. I'm waiting for a **** ****** before I can file Probate. It's past the date that I should have received it. Please do something to stop this from happening again. My mother's estate is out $70!!!!! I now have to file for one with the ********** **** and wait some more....and pay more. **** * ********Review from Valerie J

I completed an application for a ******** certificate on January 18th. In my application I requested a rushed certificate which means I would receive this within 3 to 5 business days. I see that I have a $100 charge on my credit card from vital certificates for my ******** ******* on January 24th. It is February 14th and I have still not received my certificate. I have called them and there is never any answer on their line and now their number is out of service. I have emailed them and I get bounce back emails stating that my email is undeliverable. I have filled out there contact us form from their website and have not received a response after several submissions. Very disappointed that this company has charged my card and not provided me with a receipt or an order number so that I may track the progress of my certificate as well as having no method of contacting them. I would never use this company again for any certificates in the future. Waste of time and waste of money.Review from Karen H

I paid them on 11/10/21 for a ******* decree and then kept getting emails needing more and more information (info that would be on the ******* decree which I wouldn't need IF I had it). On 12/27/21 I requested a refund and they said no, and then closed my order. Their website says if you're having trouble to give them a call but then they just keep you in que forever. So they have my money and I have nothing but a migraine. If I could give them a -20 I would.
