**** from Dr. ********************** replaced a part to the washing machine after I paid he said if the loud noise continues you may need other parts replaced, if so I will charge you for the parts and not the labor. The banging sound continued when using the washer I called **** and I made an appointment day and time, he also said I needed someone to help lift the dryer down that is atop the washer. My husband who is 70 years old said he do it, the day came and **** never called or showed up for the appointment. I called him and he said he was very busy and hung up. He never returned my calls to set up another day and time.

Sorry, summer is the hectic season with probably twice more work volume. I'll be happy to issue a refund if someone else fixed it. I'll need to come and remove the parts that I installed on my first visit
