I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent vehicle purchase from **********************. Within 48 hours, the transmission fault light came on, and the vehicle experienced multiple drivability issues. Despite requesting a return, the dealership insisted on repairing the vehicle instead. Even after repairs, the vehicle continued to experience engine failure and drivability problems, yet Key West refuses to allow a ********* a first-time buyer, I trusted the dealership. I spent an entire day asking detailed questions and was assured all necessary inspections and repairs had been completed. I expected any unforeseen issues to be rare and that Key West would offer a solution in my favor if they occurred.Within a week, I took the vehicle to the ******** **** **** dealership for repairs, where it stayed for four weeks. During this time, my family communicated with ***** at ********, who insisted a return was not an option. After three weeks with no repairs initiated, I informed Key West that we would return the vehicle unless Key West promised necessary repairs by the end of the day. Key West then responded to the email and committed to finishing the ********** the six weeks of owning the vehicle, I only drove it for just over a week, and no courtesy vehicle was provided. After receiving the car back, the engine fault light came on again within just 50 km, and the drivability issues persisted. I had no choice but to return the vehicle due to ongoing safety concerns.Key West now claims we should have returned the vehicle before repairs were initiated and denies our prior request for a return. This is false. If a return had been offered, I would have accepted it immediately.Key Issues include:- Key ********* sold me a defective vehicle.- The original issues persisted after repairs.- Repairs that were performed on the vehicle were solely at Key Wests discretion to avoid returning the vehicle. I am now seeking a full return of the vehicle.*******
