      On January 6 we ( my sister and I ) paid Salamat Financial *** $1600 to send to **** *** *** ****** *** ** *** *** ***** *** ******** *** *********** We were told that the money would be sent within 2 days but its been so long and my mother did not receive any money, we have been going to the above business asking why it has been so long but we don't get any right answers, recently they closed their office/ store and no phone contacts, so we would ask for your help to get our money back

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against SALAMAT EXCHANGE, located in ***************, regarding their failure to fulfill a money transfer service that I engaged them for. Approximately two months ago, I entrusted SALAMAT EXCHANGE with transferring $5000 to ****. However, to my dismay, only half of the intended amount has been delivered, despite repeated assurances and excuses from the company. The lack of professionalism and accountability exhibited by SALAMAT EXCHANGE is deeply concerning. Despite my attempts to communicate with them regarding the incomplete transfer, they have consistently avoided my calls and failed to provide satisfactory explanations for the delay.The details of the transaction are as follows:Transaction Date: [December 18, 2023]Amount Intended: $5000 Amount Delivered: $2500 Destination: **** t is evident that SALAMAT EXCHANGE has breached their contractual agreement by failing to deliver the full amount as promised. This has not only caused me significant financial inconvenience but also raised doubts about the integrity and reliability of SALAMAT EXCHANGE's services.I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action to hold SALAMAT EXCHANGE accountable for their actions. Consumers deserve transparency and accountability from businesses, and SALAMAT EXCHANGE has failed to uphold these standards.I kindly request that the BBB intervene on my behalf to facilitate the resolution of this dispute and ensure that SALAMAT EXCHANGE takes immediate steps to deliver the remaining $2500 to the designated recipient in ****.Thank you for your attention to this matter.       we soppose to recieve 1000 last week after contacting them they transfered 200 on my daughter account from individual. and then 800 email transfer from another individual to my account. we think they are illegally act in the business once we contact them they said because we did not have enough in our account. how ever the transfer soppose to come from their company since we paid fees to my account last cuple of weeks.
