We had a very bad experience with this company and would suggest consumers stay away. We had booked them to come in mid June 2023 to repair a Gas Range Cooktop. At the time of the booking they had advised us they had a minimum service call fee of $219.00 and required a CC number to confirm the appointment. They phoned a day before the scheduled date asking if they could come on June 20 because their technician was sick. The technician arrived on time and appeared to be qualified. The technician left after 15 minutes, took pictures of the unit and advised he needed a part to complete the work. We heard nothing back from the company. After two weeks I phoned them and asked what was the status of the part they needed and when would they return to complete the work. They said they needed the model number of the Cooktop. I called them back and provided the model number. I looked at my **** charges today and was somewhat surprised to find a charge of $464.80 processed against my credit card on June 21, 2023 the day after the technician had visited. No work has been performed since June 20, no bill has been rendered and we never approved any bill. If this is the type of company you wish to deal with, please proceed. For me I prefer to report them to BBB.

Do not provide them with your card info before they finish work, ********** **** *** ** * **** *** ** *********** *** ****** *** ******** ****** **** ***** ** ********. I had to order another company to fix the "work" from this one. Why Bosch sent me to them for service is a mystery...

Dishwasher door broke at the beginning of Nov 2022. Visited and ordered part Nov 17. Didn't show for the installation, no courtesy call. Booked again for Dec 12. Worker complained about his wages and provided his personal contact stating it would be cheaper to go directly to him next time. Fixed door but then the dishwasher stopped working. Follow up appointment canceled due to snow then no-one could come till after the holidays (9 people for 2 weeks, no dishwasher). Jan 5th new technician identified a drain seal had been broken in two places; **** * ***********. He fixed it. Then Jan 20th the part on the door that initially broke, broke again. A hard-worded complaint email requesting an apology. Their response was that we had stood or sat on the door (we hadn't). Ps. I would give ARE no stars but the system doesn't allow me to.

The technician came out and all he did was turn the oven on and off a few times, tried the self clean, confirmed it wasn’t working and said we needed to replace the main board. We asked for our money back from ARE and after saying he would refund the full amount he only gave us a portion back. **** **** **** **** ********

Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. The **** the ****** workmanship it never ended. It’s been 7 months and still these ****** are not coming. Look anywhere else but here.
