On August 10, 2022 I went to Euroline Plumbing and Lighting to purchase plumbing fixtures. I spent around $3500 and one of the items I bought was a bathtub. The bathtub they sent me I later realized was the incorrect bathtub and they will not exchange it for what I ordered. Their company said that their bookkeeper was working in the showroom and she was the one who placed my order and no longer works there. They are not admitting their mistake and blaming me for the error but I told them this bathtub they sent me is not safe for my kids because it's very sharp around the edges. I did not order this one. They refuse to help unless I pay them more money which I shouldn't have to pay another shipping fee and the manager will not call me back. I also got inferior products; they displayed the shower bases in their showroom and sent me ones with different shower drain covers that are not the same as what I saw in the showroom. I attached some photos of the sharp edge of the bath tub and also the shower drain covers that are not compatible with their shower base.
