We have paid for a service to which is not working cameras don't work at all. Tried calling them and emailing them texting them and nothing. I wish to be reimbursed fir the service I don't have. Aldo cancel my contract with themInitial Complaint

In March 2023, we received a mail from ***** saying that our account from Best Choices Security & Alram has been selected to join the growing ***** family. We contacted the owner Moe from Best Choices Security & Alarm, he said he will take care of that and ignore the ***** mails. I asked Moe also on March 22, 2023 to change my credit card for payment, but no response. On March 29, 2023, we were at home alarmed Stay and all of a sudden we cannot disarm the system, we cannot go out of the house, we stucked. We trying different means to contact Moe, phone call, emails, ********, none of them get through to have assistance. I cannot even go to see the doctor. On March 30, 2023, we still trying all the contact method which we can, still no response. We called to ***** Customer Service with the customer# we got the mail, one of the technical support did help us reset the panel somehow and we left that unarm for months. Finally we can go out of our house. On April 11, 2023, I got phone call saying that we didn't pay. Update of the Credit Card info has been done and payment are all uptodate. On April 20, 2023 we texted Moe saying we still receiving ***** invoice. On May 23, 2023, we received collection mail from the ******* ****** ******** ***. which *** which under ***** asked them to collect our monthly monitoring fees. On May 19, 2023, I sent in ******** ******* (****** ****), but no reply yet. On May 23, 2023 I emailed back to collection agency informing them that is between Best Choices Security & Alarm and *****, Best Choices Security & Alarm has been charging my Credit card for the monthly charges. Today June 16, 2023, I received 2 mails from ***** which are invoices.Customer response

Recently this week the owner from Best Choices Security Moe did contact me saying that Telus has resolved this issue with him, from now on, Billing and Monitoring will be done by Teus ADT. Technical Issues and Services will be provided by him. Telus's manager should be contacting me to create the billing account, still waiting for her to call.

Date of transaction – July 2022 – December 2022 Total amount paid for services was $25,294.14 between two large payments for total home services which included alarm monitoring, camera installations, cable and internet wiring and other low voltage services for a brand-new home. The services were not completed 100%, the front gate camera was installed on December 15th, 2022, and did not work. 2 months later, the owner showed up and removed the unit, and never came back to replace it. He has since not replied to any messages. The nature of the dispute is I am trying to get my money back for the services and products I paid him, that were never utilized. I have 1 year warranty, and he never showed up to fix it. The business has been contacted multiple times, with no response. Email strings attached.Initial Complaint

They fitted a full system and we signed up for monitoring as well. We have a rented suite with *******, they should have fitted a carbon monoxide alarm (we told them how importent this was) they forgot to fit it,. I have called multipal times they said they would come and fit it, no show on two occasions i have text and called multiple times again now they dont even answer. Also the monorting system dosent even work. We had a fire on are stove the down stairs filled with smoke alarm when off, no phone call from the so called monitoring to see if everything is ok and no firefighters turned up so i think the monitoring compNy dosent realy exsist only to take money monthly, Nd its expensive. We also paid over $2000.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
He has not called me , i talked to him just befor the complant. To date we still do not have a date he will come to install the detector.this is outstanding from the start of summer. And has been put of for several months. This is giving us a liability as we have tenants in now with no carbon monoxide detector.
he has told us on three occasions he will fit it next week but still not come or called to let us know he is not coming.
I am sorry for him if he had bad health but he shouldn't say he is coming when he know he is not going to make it. The truth is always better and the right thing to do.

*****/ ***** due to unforeseen circumstances we understand the feast ration as the repairs couldn't been completed. I'm sorry for the delay. We would like to rectify ft this asap please advise time and date to return and install CO detector. Also we will be refunding the $200 plus taxes for the CO
