I went to register my pets microchip and while searching for ********** this was the first one to come up. The requested 25.50 to "be registered in all of Canada". I realized shortly after that I signed up for the wrong service and requested a refund, to which their auto response states will be responded to in 1 business day. After 2 business days I still had recieved no response and filed a complaint through ****** directly in hopes of receiving a refund. I even had the microchip scanned before signing up with the correct service and it was not registered properly or to my name. Meaning if my dog was to become lost or missing, the microchip would not work. In short, I highly, highly recommend not ordering from this company as the service is not as described.Customer response

No direct contact information is provided on the website. I reached out via their "ask a question" portal that says a response will be received within 1 business day.
