Dec 30th was my first phone call and 2 more after that I called because they had REBUILT a motor that was in the truck I bought. When in all fact was just REFRESHED not re built. And since I was not the person who in fact purchased the motor the warrenty was non transferable witch is the first I have heard and it says absolutely nothing about their warrenty on there website other then to call and ask. There was 10k spent at their shop and NOW another 6k for parts to re build again. They were rude and unhelpful *** ********* **** ** *** **** **** ** *** *** *** ******* *** ******* ** **** * *** ****** *** **** * **** ** *** ****** **** ********. when if you strive for customer satisfaction and re build engines to meet or exeed manufacturers then how come I have to re build everything in the motor. *** **** *** ** ****** ******** ** ******* ******* *** ** ** * **** ******* ** *** **** ******* you didn't even do the clearance notches properly the half the lifters were half gone the cam lobes worn out pistons seased don't even move freely on the rod and 3 out of 16 rockers moved so the cam lobes over half gone ******* *** **** ******* ** ***** *** ******* *** **** ********* ** ******* * ** *** *** *** ** ********** ****** *** ***** ******* *** **** ** **** ******* ** **** ** *** **** **** **** ***** ***** **** ***** *** **** ********* ** **** *** *** **** ***** ** **** ** *** *** **** ** ***** It was poor workmanship on your part. I even have the receipt so I know you promised a re built motor but you gave a " RE FRESHED " motor ******* ** *** **** ***** ** **** ** * **** ** ******** ** **** ***** ******** *** ************* ** **** ********* *** **** *** **** **** ***** ****** **** ******* ******** ***** *** *** **** *** **** *** ***** **** ***** **** *** *********Business response
