Hello BBB This is ******** *****, I bought a Car from SKYLINE MOTORS LTD. Stock - ******* Make **** Model- **** Vehicle number - ***************** When i bought a car there was a problem of inside rear dome light and A/C fan was not working , and i asked SKYLINE MOTORS to fix this issue and they told me that they will make appointment at *** ******* They did make my appointment and sent me there and dignosis report cost me 201.46 at *** I am sending attached report of *** ******* too , According to *** ******* they need to order the dome light and it will cost $300-400 and they tried to find the issue for A.c fan and after trying for 1 hour they didnt found any issue and they asked me to allow another hour which will further cost $200 . So i came back to SKYLINE MOTORS as they are liable for this problem and SHAWN (SALESPERSON AT SKYLINE MOTORS) He agreed to return me money of diagnosis report and fix both the issues Today is 3/feb and its been more than 2 weeks My salesperson is not responding to my calls my texts, I visited SKYLINE MOTORS 2-3 times and they are not resolving my issue As they are wasting my time and not solving the issue i want BBB TO HELP ME AND GET ME MY MONEY BACK OF DIGNOSIS AND MAKE THEM TO RESOLVE BOTH ISSUES AS THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS THANKS ******** ***** ************ ******************* **** ***** ****** ***Initial Complaint

Skyline Auto Group, specifically a salesman named Gagan, advertised a vehicle (**** ******** **** ****** amg package - copied from ad) on ******** for $300. I expected to get the advertised price however when I contacted him today at 12:29pm, he said that was the bi-weekly payments which was not represented in his ad. He went on to say that ********* ***** **** **** ** *********. I have been shopping for a car for a bit and know that this is not the case and feel as though he has misrepresented the price. He asked for my contact information so his manager could call me. I asked if his manager would honour the posted price and he replied no. I did not give him my name and number. Regarding the desired resolution, I chose "Billing adjustment" because I expect the advertised price to be honoured.
