I cancelled my account and requested they pick up their 6 bottles for refund. After several phone calls I witnessed the owner pick up their bottles on July 19, 2022. They have yet to credit my account the $75.00 and I'm still receiving statements for monies owing.Business response

Good day,
Ms. ****** decide to suspend her service with us in July of this year. As a result she called us to pick up her empty bottles and to refund her the balance of the bottle deposits. We picked up 5 empty bottles on August 1st, 2022 at the value of $12.50 each. That is a total of $62.50 credit. She still had an unpaid invoice dating back to June 3rd, 2022 for $62.76.
The office administrator was slightly delayed in attending to some of the accounts as we were faced with several staff shortages during the last couple of weeks, and therefor she only managed to adjust the account this past weekend of October. A credit memo was created for the returned bottles and applied to the outstanding balance. The remaining $0.26 were written off. Please see attached statement of Ms. ******'s account.

I have been a customer here for a while now. Never had an issue before today. I knew I had an invoice that was due however, I was willing to accept a late fee for paying it in 2 weeks on my next payday. This company decided it was ok to use my credit card number from a previous payment, to process the payment without my permission. I contacted the accounting department and requested a refund as they took the money I needed to make ** ********* ******** They refused to refund my money saying the invoice was due. I have had nothing but problems with this billing department telling me I owe them money when I actually had credits and this went back and forth for so many invoices that I lost track of my credits. They did not have permission to process payments on my credit card without asking and I had never signed any documents or set up any type of auto payments with this company. I will be taking my business else where in the future and want my money refunded as it is ***** to take money from people without permission. They took $71.15 and I want it back! I will pay it as well as any outstanding late fees as that is my right to do so. The invoice was only printed less than 2 weeks ago!Business response

Sorry for the late return,
If you look at to the correct invoice , it says due on receipt:, which means payable after an invoice is delivered. If she wishes to return btl deposits, pls let us know.
