Morrison Windows installed the windows in my condo unit. I took possession of the unit in December 2022. I noticed there was a ********* on one of the windows and with further inspection, the window frame was badly bowed from being poorly installed. I contacted Morrison Windows asking for them to inspect the window in February 2023. A service technician came to the unit and told me that applying some extra foam to the inside of the window would stop the draft. I was insistent that while the draft might be a bit better with the extra foam, it didn't change the fact that the window was improperly installed. The technician then said that they would order a new window pane, not the actual frame, install that and see if there was any help.Since this transaction, Morrison Windows has been virtually impossible to come to my unit. On multiple occasions I have made an appointment with them for them to come by and install the window and no one has come to the unit. Not only has this been a waste of my time, I have experienced a loss of income as I have to take time off work to be available at my unit. The dates that I waited at my unit and they did not arrive are March 30th, June 5th and June 15th. I feel like they are waiting until there is no longer a warranty on the window so that they are able to bypass this expensive error. If this is not resolved I will be taking the company to ** ***** ****** *****.Business response

Hi,
We apologize for the frustration being faced in this case. Morrison Windows Ltd supplied windows for this jobsite, they were installed by the builder's framers. We were contacted regarding the service for this site in the first week of March, 2023 and we are aware of the ongoing email thread for this service since March 10 where multiple attempts have been made to get the service done so far. However, it could not be done due to last minute availability changes or the technicians getting stuck longer at another job. We understand the frustration it has caused you and would like to get this service scheduled for this week to get this done. We are sending our technicians to the ******** jobsite this Friday, June 23, 2023. Please do let us know if that works. If not this Friday, then we will definitely plan to get our schedule made for ******** area and get this service completed in the next visit.
