February 29, 2024 I rented a *** ** *** ****** ********* ****.I was told my deposit would be given back to me as stated in the contract, 2 weeks or one month. I was never given my deposit, there were no damages to the property i only rented the den for 2 months January and February. I have called them several times, i have texted all of their staff, i have even gone to the office and the people they share the office with have told me that there have been several people coming around looking for them as they owe money. They make it a habit of keeping peoples deposits and disappearing. I paid 750 CAD for rent and my deposit was of 375 CAD which is the amount due to my person after leaving the property as i was told.This is the second deposit they have kept.
