They are gutter cleaning, house and home exterior washing company. We met them in lake country, BC. while they are visiting door to door for their promotion in our area. We asked gutter and window cleaning and paid $378 on Sep 7th ,2022. After sending money, we asked invoice and receipt on Sep 7th,Sep 13th,Sep 19th and Sep 23rd. We have not received invoice and receipt yet.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I have not received correct invoice and receipt.Payment date was Sep 9ht.
They are charging tax more than month later.
When I talked to the owner on Oct 11th, he said I do not need to pay tax and he is going to send correct invoice and receipt.
But I have not received anything yet.
