Hi there,I made a payment to the merchant on 20 December, 2023 with my coast capital mastercard and they said it got declined. Then, i paid it with my ***** debit card and it got approved. However, it wasnt declined but was in pending for the merchant to settle it with bank later. I get my statement pretty late from the bank. Upon checking, i saw that i got charged on both my cards. When i went to the merchant with both my bank statements. They do not understand the difference between transaction date and post date. That transaction got posted on 21 december on my ***** statement. They kept on saying were busy, come later. I felt disrespected and left. I left a review on their site as well but without even taking any of my information theyre saying that weve triple checked it. **** **** **** ********** ******* ********* *** *** ****** **** ** ************ Theyre denying for the double charge. Even the boss denied everything. Ive been to their shop almost 3-4 times but they wont help me at all. i even asked them to check the cameras as i know the date and time as well but theyre saying we are busy and not free for it. Please help me out
