      Order number *****, I placed a order on September 23, 2024. I got a email on September 27, 2024 telling me order has shipped. I keep watch on the tracking and notice that the fast track shipping has package and **** is awaiting item to do the final delivery. After the 3 weeks as the company says I should get order, I contact them ask to speak to Manager. Was denied then told a manager would give me a call. Never got that call. At this point want a refund cause after doing some research on this company and reading reviews they are not trust worthy and worth having my hard earned money.

      The customer ordered the item on September 23, 2024. Our standard delivery window is typically 2-3 weeks, as the items are shipped from overseas. The order was processed and shipped on September 28, 2024, via ****, with tracking number **************************, and was delivered on October 16, 2024within the expected timeframe. It is important to note that the customer opened a dispute regarding this order prior to the delivery being completed. Additionally, the customer called our support team multiple times, during which we explained that the order was in transit and reaffirmed the typical delivery window of 2-3 weeks.
      We believe the order was handled appropriately within our stated delivery times, and we worked diligently to keep the customer informed throughout the process. We remain committed to providing accurate information and timely support to our customers. Thank you for the opportunity to clarify this matter.

      I am rejecting this response because: I was talked to rude which I recorded the conversation. Was not told the item come from overseas, if you read their shipping it says the item will be shipped within ** and their main office is in ******! They are trash and people needs to know it! I will never order from them ever in life. I did not get package so they can stop lying! You are trash!! I will sue you and take the time to read they rating Better Business Beaura from other customers who has experience the same problem I have.

      returned the wrong product that was shipped to me. I have returned the product and the retailer is giving a credit not a refund. the retailer has nothing I want from their store.

      I purchased a pair of ankle boots for $115 before tax & shipping. The boots arrived unboxed. The ankle part was folded over and had a permanent crease. I returned the boots and was given a merchandise credit. I have been looking for a replacement pair of shoes for months. The company does not carry stylish shoes that appeal to me in my size.

      Ordered a pair of shoes from the company and was given a false delivery. Have tried to contact them many times with no response besides an automated message. The shoes came with free shoe cleaner which was delivered in a whole separate package – no shoes to be found. ***** **** * **** ***** *** ***** *********** After reviewing my cameras, there was also no delivery made at the time they stated it arrived.
