April 23, 2022 I visited Bosley's, I was looking for a cat tree. I saw one that I like and asked the salesperson if the cat tree would be suitable for a fully grown cat. The salesperson said, that this particular model would be suitable for a cat 7-8 lbs. which is the weight range my cat is. I bought the cat tree based on Julietta, the sales person's description of the product and her positive recommendation that it would be just fine for a fully grown cat. The cat tree was delivered and it is not as described. This cat tree is for a kitten. There is absolutely no way a 7-8 lb. cat can comfortably fit into the housing design, sit on perch or comfortably use the scratch post. My cat has not any contact with the cat tree because I could tell he would be much too big for this cat tree. I am requesting a refund - despite the "all sales final" because the product is not as it was described in the store, and my cat has not used it. This product is not as described in the store.Business response

Good afternoon,This has been resolved as I had offered Irene an exchange or a store credit myself through the phone, she did want a full refund so she went ahead and contacted our customer service. After communicating with our own costumer service back and forth, she did settle for a store credit and I believe she came in on April 28th and my assistant manager helped her and processed a store credit for her.Hope this answers any questions and please let me know if I can help with anything else.Cheers,Juliet M********Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution was unfair. I was given no other choice other than a store credit. Once this store credit is used I will not shop at this store.******, ******** **** and other pet stores treat their customers with respect and offer full refunds when the product is unsuitable - this includes cat trees.
