I order some Rapid Testing Kits online on Friday night but saw bad reviews about this business online after that. I immediately filled out online request to cancel the order. However, the business still charged my credit card and sent me ***** confirmation of shipping on Mon afternoon anyways. No phone number is available online and no way to leave reviews. All positives comments are **** I guess. My credit card company provided phone number but no one answers and can't leave voicemail. After 2 days, the shipping message is still setting at BC *** so nothing have been shipped.Initial Complaint

Purchased 20 individual COVID rapid tests for $263. Were to be shipped <7 days as per advertising on site When received order confirmation it said not <7 days but rather 7-13 business days Requested to cancel the order due to the false advertising Was informed by the Retailer they will not refund even though the product has not shippedBusiness response

This order was refunded Jan 27th. I am not sure why this complaint has been field for a resolved matter.
