      Orders seat covers for my new RAV4. Installation instructions are awful. I cannot get seat covers to stay in place. They bunch up and look horrible. Ive talked to customer service several times over months of trying to install them. Neither myself or a friend can get them to look and stay in place. I asked for a refund but now they say its outside the return window so they wont refund me.

      Ordered front seat covers for 2024 ****** ******. Seat covers barely fit and do NOT look professional. Head rest covers do not even remotely fit. Was told over a month ago that I would get replacements within two weeks. Followup is "management is looking into this". No.No I do not recommend. Their perfect fit guarantee is worthless and the product is a ************* of money.

      I spent more than $1000 for leather seat covers for my 2022 Camaro. I had them put on professionally and when I picked up my car, they looked like **** They did not fit the seats. They were loose and looked cheap and poorly made. I would not recommend ever buying these seat covers again. What a waste of time and money! Not to mention... the ***** dealer said that they render the air bags useless by placing these on the seats. This is another little tidbit that Shear Comfort won't tell you!!! What garbage!!!

      Hi there. We understand your concerns about safety. We have confirmed with the factory that your seat covers were made to be air bag safe as it is standard in the 2022 ***** Camaro to have side impact air bags. We are sorry to hear though that youre unhappy with your seat covers.

      Poor customer service. Seat covers did not fit. Can’t get a return address from Customer Service. Will have a restocking fee of 25% and customer pays for shipping. Very disappointed.

      Beware. Ordered 2 bucket seat covers for a 2023 **** **** for $263. They do not fit. Called a couple of times for assistance with installation since directions are so generic. Sent pictures and was told it was an installation problem. Come on! They are seat covers. They were just too tight to pull down completely and do not fit the curvature on the seat. **************** terrible. Have to leave a message and they take their time to get back to you. Had to threaten to dispute credit card to get a response. Finally agreed to take them back and waive the 25% restocking fee but refused to pay for shipping.

      Two months and still no seat covers, almost impossible to get a hold of these people and when you do all you get is "the covers are in production.." horrible business practices, stay away from them.

      I placed an order that was to ship within 6 weeks. It never shipped so I contacted ShearComfort. I never got an answer other than "it's in production" or "we'll have a team member contact you". After sending an email, calling multiple times, leaving voicemails, as well as being told through their live chat that someone would get back to me and they were "raising the issue" I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This company cannot fulfill orders or provide adequate customer service. Buyer beware.

      I want to be clear that the company called and emailed me the day after the last time (this was the 5th time via live chat) I reached out to them via live chat and submitted the dispute with my credit card, as well as leave a bad review. They did not email or call me back before - I had to dispute the charge and leave a bad review for them to "reach out". Wanted to clear things up since they decided to comment trying to smooth things over for themselves.

      Paid $630.00 for "custom" covers that don't fit and are cheaply made. Very disappointing. Emailed SC through Bbb portal and I'm awaiting response. Would not suggest these covers for the price. Local autoparts store sells better quality covers.
