I can’t say enough good things. From the initial intake phone call where Tim and Ross listened to the issue, immediately understood what the issue was and offered a near immediate service call. This was for an issue in hooking up a new gas BBQ that 4 other gas fitters and the company who sold the BBQ told me did not exist or had a quick fix. It didn’t. They advised me they knew exactly what the problem was, that it was incredibly frustrating to try and solve if you didn’t know what they did, and advised what the likely solution and cost would be, which was nearly identical to the actual fix and cost in the end. On to the actual service call. Jeff was exactly on time, adeptly found and solved the problem while being extremely thoughtful about whether I thought the look of the final product was OK, did what I wanted it to do, etc. He cleaned up the work area and then checked to make sure that all gas appliances in my house were unaffected by having to turn off the gas, etc. From start to finish this was platinum level service with a distinct human touch. Battalion you have a lifelong customer, I will recommend you to everyone I know and am thrilled to have made your acquaintance.

For years, I have called upon Battalion Plumbing when facing a burst pipe, an unknown leak source, or a furnace that won't produce heat, and each time, Tim has responded quickly. He has either dropped everything and was there within minutes, or he sent one of his plumbers to the rescue. I am forever grateful and will call no one else. Manon E

We had a disaster that Ross at Battalion Plumbing was instrumental in resolving. Our house is on a concrete slab with engineered hardwood laid over top of the concrete. Water was leaking through the floor and destroying the floorboard, drywall, etc.. Two other plumbing contractors were contacted, and they did not feel that they had the equipment or resources to properly find the source of the leak. It looked like it would be a brute force solution involving breaking open the cement slab to find where the pipe was leaking. Despite an obviously busy schedule, Ross at Battalion came out to assess the situation. The next day he called back and advised that he had found a restoration company that was equipped to diagnose the location of the leak and do remediation work for the damage. Incidentally, our own search to find such a company was unsuccessful. Fortunately, the leak was in an accessible area. As soon as the restoration company found the leak, Ross came out immediately to do the repair and our water supply was restored. Really great prompt service at a fair price. Remediation work by the restoration company continues, but the immediate water crisis is over. Thanks Ross!
