In October 2019, I engaged Cross World Immigration Service **** (CWIS), specifically ***********************, to assist my brother and his family with their application for a 10-year visitor **** to ******. Despite receiving full payment upfront, the company failed to provide the promised services.After initial discussions and agreement on the fee, $7500 USD, CWIS became increasingly unresponsive. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, they failed to review the necessary documents or submit the **** application. they continuously provided empty promises and excuses, further delaying the process.As the pandemic unfolded, the situation worsened, and CWIS continued to evade responsibility. While the contract between us had no specific time frame, there was a clear agreement regarding termination and refund. Therefore, in 2023, we requested termination and a refund of $7500. Despite assurances of refunds, they failed to honor their commitment. Instead, they resorted to stalling tactics, repeatedly promising to refund the money within short timeframes that never materialized.Additionally, online reviews suggest that we are not alone in our experience, with others left stranded and unsure where to turn for recourse.I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against CWIS. for their misconduct and assist in recovering my hard-earned money and preventing similar fraudulent acts in the future Attached are copies of the relevant documentation, including the retainer agreement and proof of payment, for your review.Please note that the red signature in the contract belongs to ***********************, the representative of CWIS.
