Spearhead sent Todd P****** to provide service to my furnace and my gas fireplace. He arrived and undertook the work in a polite, professional and timely manner. He fixed a few issues that I hadn't even realized were affecting my gas fireplace and explained the work clearly. We are hoping to install an Automatic Shutoff Valve in our waterline and he took a careful look at the plumbing in our crawl space to determine the steps we will need to go through to make that happen. I arrived to Whistler and my furnace was not working. Todd arrived and was very calm, navigated our tight crawl space, and quickly had our furnace heating again. He also took the time to check out a fireplace pilot light that had not worked well for years. Maddy in the office helped us get parts quickly, not an easy task with all the current supply chain issues. Very pleased with the service.Review from Greg S

We had an emergency situation at a time with extreme cold temperatures. Todd was extremely responsive, identified the problem, and worked diligently to solve it in a reasonably short period of time. We are very grateful for Todd's expertise, care, and attention. Thank you Todd!
