We sold a male schnauzer puppy to ***** *******.  When the puppy left our home he was very healthy, with no signs of health issues, otherwise we would not have sold him.  We had no idea that the puppy had any problems as ***** never contacted us.  Had she contacted us we would have honored our guarantee.  We received an email from the Better Business Bureau informing us of this problem .  We tell everyone who buys a puppy from us to contact us if they have any problems at all.  After receiving this email I contacted ***** on Tuesday April 30th at 11:15 a.m. and told her we would honor our guarantee and offered her another puppy.  We are willing to pay toe vet bill concerning this pup in the amount to $945.00.   She contacted us on Wednesday, confirming she was willing to accept another Schnauzer puppy, but was now asking $1,331.55 in vet bills.   We are only willing to pay what the vet expenses related to the puppy’s genetics issues/cause of death for $945.00.  *** ***** – Animal Protection Officer, came to check our dogs and had no recommendations as our kennels  as are kennels are clean and the dogs are all healthy.

      Sincerely,
