I hired Kildonan tree service to remove a tree that is located on my property. Reason being I wanted to clear that area for a parking stall. They came, did not notify me of when they were coming. Did not let me inspect the "finished" product. The next day I saw that the tree was mostly cut but there was about 3 feet of trunk still left which means I have to hire someone else to redo the job after I paid for the service which I only received partially. I called twice to see if the situation could be rectified. The first time the receptionist told me she would see what they could do...that was last week. No returned call. I called again on may 15th and spoke to the same person. She told me she would talk to the manager and said he would call me if there was anything he could do and also said, "just so you know, they probably can't cut it any lower." Which I don't understand as she wasn't even there when they cut the tree. *** * **** ** ****** * ** ***** ***** *** ****** ***** ** **** , I have not been given a return call. All I want to know from the service provider who did the work is, why the trunk cannot be cut lower. And, if it can't then at least provide a solution to my problem.

Hello,
Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention. I apologize for the lack of communication. The inspection request was printed on May 15th. Our foreman inspected the jobsite on May 16th and determined the stump was able to be cut lower. The original arborist crew was sent back to the site on May 17th and completed the job. ****** **** ** ** ************ ** *** **** *** ***** ********* ** *********
