We traded in our suv for a bigger one. Our deal was that we would trade ours in if they settled the remainder of our loan with Ford. They agreed so we signed papers. We have now been called several times by Ford because they want their 1323.00 to be paid immediately. We have in writing on fb messenger through one of their employees (Kane Ford) that states they would be taking care of our remaining balance at Ford. They have since stopped returning calls and messages so I wrote a bad review (which seems to be gone now) and we are now being stuck with this debt that wasn't supposed to be ours. Had we known they'd do this, we would've kept our old vehicle. Ford now wants to hand over our case to collections and that's pretty dissapointing to hear especially after we were promised this wouldn't happen.Business response

Complaint has been handled, a cheque for the full amount was sent to the customer.
