***** ********** **** * ***** **** ***** I purchased a bed from Ashley Furniture, and the entire experience has been a nightmare. When the bed was first delivered, it came with missing parts, and the installation was left incomplete. Once the missing parts arrived, I scheduled the installation, specifically requesting that they bring the necessary hardware. Yet, the technician showed up without it, claiming he had "no clue" about the hardware *** ****** **** ***** ** ******. After this, I contacted guest services, hoping they would expedite the installation considering I've been waiting over two weeks now. However, they offered zero assistance beyond ordering parts. The lack of responsibility and communication from both the technicians and customer service is shocking. ** ****** ******* *** ******* ********* *** ******** ******** * ***** ******** ****** ***** ********** **** *** **** **** **** ****** * *** **** ***** ***** ***** ******** *******. **** ***** * ****** ***** ***** ***** *** **** *** **** ** **** **** ******** ***** ******** * ********* ***********. Just ** * *** ******* **** ****** got a message from them that parts will take another 4 weeks to arrive. ***** ***** **** **** **** ******* ******** ** *** *** ******* ** ***** ***** Purchased a dining set ***** ******** ****** ** *********** Needed to have it shipped / picked up near our home. Was told it would go to Barrie as this was their north most location (***). Took several calls to get them to have it on time..... picked the items up and stored them 2 weeks till move date. Found out the table was too wide so called to exchange for a smaller unit. The original items were never disturbed from packaging. Did not ask for a refund, merely to exchange for an alternate set. My wife and I initially visited the Ashely Store ** ******** ***l and really liked some of the furniture there* *** **** ******* **** *** ******* ****** *** ****** **** I ***** took the plunge and went along with our gut feeling based on our experience interacting with Sepideh Store sales associate and Michelle the store Manager, and I am glad we made that choice. The furniture sets for two bed room suites and living room sofa we selected came as scheduled, professionally assembled with great customer service and the items had no issues. Sepideh was wonderful and Michelle gave us some good deal on the overall price and care & warranty tips. - BobbyAshley Furniture HomeStore Response

The customer service are rude. They don’t want to help you. Argumentative. They ****** my elder Dad off and now they won’t fix the problem. They tell me to phone the store, but the store won’t help me at all. So I phoned had Office. They can’t help me.. This is the worst company ever. * ****** **** **** ***** ** *** * ******* ******** ******* ** * **** ******. We bought a sofa bed from them and within a month the frame was bending on the left side causing the bed to sink in (for reference, I weigh 190 pounds). We kept calling their "automated text services" to finally get someone to get out here to either fix it or replace it. Finally they ask us to take a picture of the damage component so they can order it. So we did and about a month later we got a text message response saying they've ordered it (wow thanks Ashley, finally, smh). Meanwhile, the couch sinking on the left side stressed the other side so springs started popping out on the right side. I hope they ordered the right parts to account for the new problem caused by the old problem. So I called their store to both get an update and to update them and they refused everything except for "we have to have the opportunity to fix it". So I questioned the length of time it takes and why I'm stuck with a broken sofa bed taking up my living room for over a month. Apparently it's not their problem. The guy even literally started interogating me on why I didn't call sooner. I purchased a table which was damaged due to the delivery people scratching the table on the street. I called and filed a complaint. Ashley Furniture ****** refused to send a new table. They wanted to touch up the table. I did not pay for a scratch and sent item. I have called many times and the issue has never been resolved from November 2023.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Response

Ashley Furniture does not stand behind its products and has the worst customer service *********** First of all, they do not do exchanges on defective merchandise and all complaints must be done through the customer service department. The service representative (one in particular) was not very helpful or professional when we wanted to know the process to get the situation rectified. We were spoken to in a rude and derogatory manner on the numerous occasions that we called to file a complaint about a bedroom set that retailed for over $****. All we want is a repair on a bedside table or a straight exchange which would be more preferable as the table has more than one issue. We submitted all of the requested information as well as photos and a video but were surprised to hear back almost immediately that they saw nothing wrong with the product and closed the ticket for the complaint. We involved our credit card company to delay the payment until our complaint was dealt with in a good faith manner. The best thing to do is get your credit card company involved.
