      Our supplier had 2 diffferent pallets shipped from Toronto to Nova Scotia on the same day, one with *******, the other, smaller load, with DAY&ROSS. The ******* shipment came in after 5 days, the DAY&ROSS parcel should have arrived on day 6. It didn't. On day 7 I did inquire with their call center in NB. They were unable to locate the pallet, can't track were it is after it arrived at their Dartmouth/NS terminal. Every time I called, they promised "to work on it and call back for updates". Only the last agent did after I promised to report the case to BBB. They did not file my calls, they are even not able to tell, which the 2 days are when they serve our area. Disorganized? You bet!

      We experienced a bad incident with one of your drivers. After being advised not to drive over freshly landscaped areas, the driver proceeded to back up damaging my newly grassed areas, creating ruts in newly leveled areas and just missed my well pipe - all because they were in a rush and could not be bothered to listen to the customer. The driver insisted that this was normal business practice. Additionally, Day and Ross opted to involve their insurance side of the business and wanted a nondisclosure agreement to be signed to prevent sharing of this experience. All we asked for was an acknowledgement that one of their drivers acted in a untoward manner to us, nothing more. I repaired and reseeded the areas myself and asked for nothing other than an acknowledgement that this was unacceptable and they would correct this behavior internally. They would not do this simple thing. Shame on you Day and Ross. More concerning is the volume of 1/5 stars on your BBB rating which tells me these incidents are not isolated. Issues like this start at the top and filter their way to the drivers. Poor management and low expectations are always the root of poor customer service. Without meaningful change I could not recommend you to anyone for shipping.

      Tks for update. This process is unacceptable and it can be blamed on one person which does not take her work very seriously. When ******* from DayandRoss came to deliver I told him that I already had a confirmation for return to Walmart and when he called head office, he was told to put "refused" on the box and add a note attention ****** and she would take care of it. This was May 17 2024 and after many calls to customer service at Day and Ross, nobody seemed to know where my $1200.00 bike was. Now May 28 after close to 3 weeks my bike is finally heading back to Walmart Why it took all that time for ****** to take care of my order is unacceptable! I wish there was a way to forward this message to upper management. I will try to post a review about this on web somewhere.

      If I could put zero stars on here I would. This has to be the worst communication and service I've ever experienced in my life with an LTL company. They missed 3 different delivery windows for my crate this week and then have the nerve to try and charge me an extra $595 on top of that to get it delivered today. I have never worked with a more incompetent and malicious company in my entire career in logistics. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from these guys as possible. They most likely lost me a customer and will probably lose you one too. I hope that they read these. And I hope to god they do not continue on this path. This is exactly how you lose customers and kill relationships. I hope they go down and they go down hard.

      Horrible company only give you a 4hr afternoon delivery window no morning or evening option and you have to stay home the whole time. Not willing to accommodate you or have a place where you can pick up from.

      Absolutely horrible service they showed up with one person. We ordered 4 skids of cabinets they didn’t send the proper people. What makes it even worse they loaded it into a truck that they couldn’t unload from. I call customer service and it’s a complete joke. They don’t have weekend delivery so I know have to wait another 3 days because they couldn’t read the invoice. 5 days for delivery instead of the promised 2-3.

      Wish I could give them negative stars. My shipment is a week late and they keep giving me garbage excuses as to why it’s not coming and telling me “it’ll be tomorrow” and then texting me again the next day “oh sorry not today tomorrow”. They’re horrible.

      Une vrai compagnie de ****** * *****. Pire entreprise de livraison que j'a eu affaire. J'ai commandé des meubles, ils ont perdus mes meubles. J'ai appelé 5 fois pour un suivi, les 5 fois on me dit on vous rappelle...jamais eu de retour. Je finis par parler au gars qui prend les rdv, lui aussi me niaise car il veut me livrer mes meubles mais dehors dans le drive way! Je dois appeler mes vendeurs pour qu'ils autorise la livraison dans la maison..bref.. ca fait 2 mois que j'ai acheté mes meubles et toujours pas reçu....

      The worst delivery company I ever dealt with been trying for 2 years to get two packages delivered from Florida to New York the packages have left twice from Florida and made it as far as South Carolina before they had mechanical issues and had to be held over then they wanted me to pay more money because the shipping paperwork ran out of date once again I have a package held over in South Carolina now they want $500 I'm going to get the authorities involved in this
