i was sold a refurbished phone that didn't takemy sim card upon return i was given a us manufactured phone that wont let me updateor upgrade software yet wheni calld ******* aboutthe issue and t mobile ui was told it is the stor that sold me the phone to tell me it was refurbish and void of covereg that that they didn't tell me at time of sale. i calld the store and thay said i should have known that stuff and therecis nothing that they can or will do like exchange because it been over ther stor policy time yet now im stuck with a phone that is not up to date on software when i got it and no way to fix it without taking it in to a ******* store and paying for the fix. thay never said it wasn't up to date or that i had to pay ******* to fix any problems, i was told it was a good phone with grate featurs yet it wont even let me use my sim data provider to watch or use. thay never told me a referbished phone is what it was and that it is years behind on software that i cant get do to warranty loss. i just want an excang for a Canadian carrier phone that is still updating and working as it should.Business response

As with all non new devices they are not covered under the manufacturers warranty. We are always more than willing to work through issues with our customers within reason.
If you could forward your invoice number and model of phone you purchased I can have a look at it for you.
