I bought fire works on may 22 and on the box the price was 125.00 and after I paid for the item I was charger 135.00 .I told the casher and he called the manager and he was told he could not change the price and that was what I would have to pay .I would like to know if your company is frauding the people. It not my fault the price was marked wrong and all the box were the same price. I should have been sold that item at that price with no questions asked because I did not put the price on the box and I had all ready paid for it at the higher price. Store #3 Bathurst N.B. This is definitely a misunderstanding on the part of our cashier and our store manager has spoken to him about it. We definitely sell items at the stickered price, even if something scans at a higher price.
I’ve called the customer just a few minutes ago and didn’t get him, but I did leave a voicemail explaining that this was a misunderstanding on the part of our cashier and he now knows the right procedure when dealing with an item that has a sticker price but scans at a different price. I told him we’d definitely refund the difference to him and I will try to connect with him again so we can know the most convenient time for him to come back for the refund in the price difference. I’ll let you know once I have connected with him and he has his refund.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 17296588, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I had a long talk with **** ***** and what really happen and we did come to a satisfactory resolution. If I was to rate the company and the owner with one being low and 10 high I would only give them a 5. Thank You for everything ***** ******
