      I got a vehicle for thin in August. The first day I noticed they tried to hide rust and rock ships with touch up paint. The paint didn’t even match. The driver heated seat does work and the antenna was missing. I had to replace myself. They are a **** dealership.

      Bought a ***** CRV from 902 Auto, they told me the suv had 125,00 kms on it which it arrived with 176,000! Side mirror was smashed, seats belt in the back does not work and would cost me a fortune to fix out of my own pocket. They Suv is not even worth $10,000 and they sold me it for $36, 000!!! There are a million dents on it and the SUV stinks like a wet dog not to mention her wiring harness is all messed up!!! Poor customer service and a very ****** company!!!

      They treat their ***** **** **** crap, and their customers even worse. They make every excuse not to pay them for the deals they made, and rip them off constantly. They lie to their customers about the vehicles they sell. And when the customers come back with legitimate complaints and get backed into a wall and have no choice but to fix them, they take the cost of repairs off the ***** **** pays. They live lavishly while their team busts their butts for THEIR business and they don't care. They sell lemons everyday to people that put their trust and safety into them, only to get paid and then leave them to rot! Stay away from 902 Auto sales. The owners **** and ****** ******** well self proclaimed owners. All the while the business is actually owned by another guy named **** who claims to have found Jesus, well **** I'm pretty sure Jesus is not looking to highly of you and your partners right now.

      Good afternoon, my wife currently purchased a vehicle from **** ******* of 902 auto, When the car arrived from n.l when she was told it was coming from n.s, Once the car arrived it was a pure lemon that was organized on ******** through drive with Steve, and 902 auto , Upon delivery there was a broken lug nuts , broken heater, broken Ac , broken drive shaft , no mvi , we trusted **** Mathers. He is just like any used car sales man I guess , puts on the good show just too make that one sale , these people make alot of promise to repair it's been 6 months and now the motor is gone and the warranty will only cover a portion, I asked them if they would help offset the cost, they said it was my problem,eow

      Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Promises made and broken. Been without vehicle for 6 weeks now. Complete nonsense. I'm furious. Struggle to get to school and now I cannot get to work . I do not recommend this company to anyone. I still have no temporary car until mine is fixed. Had my Chevy Trax for 40 days and motor has gone turbo is gone etc.... . Still no vehicle. I refuse to pay for any expenses on this repair. Been avoided for many days . Had to get family to contact these people in regards to replacement car still nothing.... worst experience I've ever had. I've made arrangements for payments to be deferred through bank!! ******** CUSTOMER SERVICE!

      902 auto sales will not be getting any mor business from me. Lied about an oil change been done, it was not done,air filter was at lasting an year old and had to be replaced, 3 out of the 4 tires were out of line. In the rear axle seal had to be replaced, witch should of been done before the new safety inspection was put on the car. It something that a fly be night company would do.

      They got me in the vehicle quick, the guys were great to speak with until I had problems within the first few days of owning the vehicle. ( Vehicle was picked up in Gander,NL June) I told them about my problems as I soon as I noticed them. They insisted they had no idea about the issues that were very clear! They had held back information about the vehicle, and gave information about the vehicle that was not true! They proceeded to tell me to get it looked at and that they would pay for any of the problems. I got it looked at ( June ), they didn’t like the quote and said it didn’t match theirs. That’s because their inspection in Nova Scotia says the vehicle is perfect, but the inspection at Ford in Gander,NL shows otherwise and didn’t even pass the inspection! They will now not return phone calls or texts messages!

      They got me into a vehicle quick, the service was great until I had problems within the first week of owning the vehicle. (Bought august 11, problems started august 19) I told them about my problems as soon as they happened. they told me to get it looked at and they would help with me with whatever I needed. I got it looked at ( august 26) They didn’t like the quote and told me to get it looked at again and I did (sept 8) I sent them the new quote andThey then told me they needed to speak with a manager about what actions were going to be taken and now will not return calls. I had to pay to get the vehicle repaired myself as I have two younger kids and couldn’t risk it anymore
