I built a house 4 years ago using Kohler windows. February this past year during a particularly cold period one of my large widows cracked from top and bottom I contacted pleasant supplies in yarmouth where I purchased windows. They contacted the Kohler rep who sad glass was only covered for 1 year but frame was covered 30 years. Because this glass was cracked they would not cover it under warranty. So I purchased a new piece off thermal glass that was then installed by pleasant supply. Within 3 days it cracked again for no apparent reason. Pleasant supply sent someone out after I contacted them. The person said this should be.replaced with no extra cost to me. After multiple phone calls and finally stopping in to pleasant supply..Noone contacted me after several weeks. They said Kohler would get in touch. I still have not heard anything..and really I have had a cracked large window since late February. I think this entire ordeal is unfair. I really thought the window would.just have been replaced...however I accepted that glass wasn.t warrantees for.mor than a year. Pleasant supply said the new glass I bought should be covered under warranty. I originally contacted ******* ******** at kohltech and feel this entire process is grossly unfair and communication re replacing this new glass has been non existent.Business response

On March 8th,2018 I bought a Kohler door for the price of $828.01. In November of 2021 after a week of rain, I could not get the door closed. So I took it down and planed down the hinge side. It was then I noticed the bottom edge from the hinge down was all rotted. I contacted **** **** Ltd. in Port-Aux-Basque, NL. where I had bought the door and after 3 weeks was told there was nothing the company would do because I had planed off the numbers on the edge of the door. When I bought it, at no time I was informed that those number were not to be removed. This door also had a number on top which I gave them. Invoice # 1556542. All I am looking for is the door to be replaced.Business response
